– been living in Canada for not more than 10 years,
– been internationally trained or with work experience in trades such as a) carpentry, b) welding, c) interior system mechanic (lather) or d) industrial mechanic (milwright), or other construction-related skilled occupation, and
– 4 or more years of experience in your trade
