ATM: Filipino Canadian youth Cleavon Laquibla and Jeanae Ventura, who will be singing the Canadian national anthem at the Stampede Grounds, paid a courtesy call on Consul General Emma Sarne.
During the meeting, CG Emma also invited them to join the YouLead Program this August in the Philippines, a platform that empowers Filipino youth overseas to rediscover their roots, heritage, and identity.
This engagement highlights the Post’s continued commitment to supporting and uplifting Filipino Canadian youth in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
