In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, Consul General Emma Sarne joins the Filipino-Canadian Community in Edmonton for a flag-raising ceremony organized by the Philippine Business Society of Alberta (PBSA). Part of the program is the Induction of the Newly-elected Officers of PBSA.
