Calgary, AB – The Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) and the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, in collaboration with the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa, the Philippine Consulates General in Toronto & Vancouver, and the Philippine Trade & Investment Centre-Toronto are pleased to announce the return of the Filipino Restaurant Month in Canada (FRMC) for its fifth edition, taking place from April 1-30, 2026. Throughout the whole month of April, participating restaurants will offer prix-fixe menus, highlighting a diverse range of authentic Filipino dishes and ingredients in various locations in Canada.

With support from both Philippine and Canada-based sponsors, including Philippine Airlines, Rajah Tours, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Novotel Manila Araneta City, Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Amorita Resort and Spa, Four Points by Sheraton Boracay, Jollibee North America, and Seafood City Calgary, participants of FRMC will have the chance to win exciting local and national prizes. The prizes range from free domestic travel, hotel accommodations in the Philippines, as well as grocery and food gift cards.
