The Philippine Statistics Authority informs the public that the PSA Helpline (www.psahelpline.ph) is its sole third-party service provider for the processing of online requests and delivery of civil registry documents , both in the Philippines and overseas. International requests and delivery services through this platform officially commenced on 05 December 2025.
