Due to the strike of Canada Post and Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) beginning 26 September 2025, clients opting to receive their documents by mail should prepare for possible delays.
Those who are able to personally pick up their documents are encouraged to do so until Canada Post resumes normal operations. Those who need their passports or documents urgently may send or provide a new self-addressed, PREPAID envelope, together with an airway bill, from a non-Canada Post courier of their choice.
The Philippine Consulate General in Calgary shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the passports or documents resulting from mailing.
