The public is advised that the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary is launching a new ONLINE APPOINTMENT PORTAL FOR NON-PASSPORT SERVICES effective Friday, 12 September 2025.
Clients are required to go to the link provided and create an account: https://appointment.calgarypcg.ca/. After the account has been created, clients may login in and schedule their appointment.
Appointment slots are opened weekly or every Fridays, for the following week’s appointment schedule.
Availment of non-passport services is strictly by appointment only.

- Dual Citizenship (calgarypcg.ra9225@gmail.com)
- Civil Registration (calgarypcg.civreg@gmail.com – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Mortuary Certificate
