Last night, 08 February 2026, at the Marison Hotel, Governor Noel E. Rosal warmly welcomed the delegates of Winter Escapade 2026 – Filipino-Canadian Delegates, marking a joyful and memorable start to their Albay experience.
The welcoming program was made even more special with the dedicated support of the Provincial Tourism, Culture and Arts Office (PTCAO), headed by Ms. Dorothy Fernandez Colle, ensuring a truly heartfelt and well-coordinated reception.
