In celebration of the 164th Anniversary of the birth of Dr Jose Rizal, Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, Knights of Rizal, City of Airdrie and the Filipino Airdrie Association held a simple wreath laying ceremony at the Rizal Monument at Nose Creek Regional Park, Airdrie, Alberta this evening.
